Hospitality specialists Chris Gomes and Allan Miller closed $346 million in sales during 2019, totaling 67 closed transactions. Gomes and Miller lead Marcus & Millichap’s top-producing hospitality team in the nation, consisting of 12 hospitality investment sales specialists in offices across the U.S.
Gomes has more than two decades of hospitality brokerage, advisory and operations experience, including experience as a senior consultant with hospitality real estate advisory firm PKF. Since joining Marcus & Millichap, Gomes has closed more than $1.6 billion in national hospitality transactions with his partner, Miller. Miller has more than 25 years of experience in marketing and sales, earning Marcus & Millichap’s award for Top Overall Agent Austin/San Antonio, across all product types.
