Ebrahim Valliani, first vice president, and Michael Klar, senior associate, both investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, represented the seller and the buyer, both private investor groups. Chris Gomes, executive managing director, and Allan Miller, senior vice president, in Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas and Austin offices, respectively, were also listed on the deal as supporting brokers.
The SpringHill Suites by Marriott Midland is a 96-room, three-story Hotel just off US Highway 10 in Midland, Michigan. The Property is set to go through full renovation to the newest Marriott brand standards.
The Miller-Gomes Hotel Team of Marcus & Millichap has sold over 600 hotels across the nation since its inception. The team has 55 active listings across 20 states, 10 hotels under contract, and closed 83 transactions in 2023.
