Kristen Blackshaw

Kristen joined the Marcus and Millichap team in April 2024 and has been in the hospitality industry since 2008, specializing in business development and Design and Procurement Sales for Fixtures, Furniture and Equipment (FF&E).  Her focus has been on relationship building and facilitating seamless communication and collaboration between clients and internal teams to ensure timely and budget-conscious execution of projects.

Kristen is a multiple time winner of the President's Top 10 Award, a testament to her attention to client's needs, self-driven nature and goal-oriented mindset.  Her commitment to a client-centered approach has cultivated lasting relationships, with customers consistently returning to her for their hospitality needs.

Born and raised in the northern suburbs of Chicago, she continues to call it home. Kristen enjoys reading, working out, and spending time with her husband and three children.
