Seven active bidders were successfully secured for the auction of this transaction.
Samuel Gardner, an associate of investments in the St. Louis office, exclusively marketed the property on behalf of the seller. Supporting brokers on the transaction included Chris Gomes and Skyler Cooper, executive managing director and senior vice president of investments in the Dallas/Houston offices, respectively; Allan Miller, senior managing director of investments in the Austin/San Antonio offices; and Ebrahim Valliani, senior vice president of investments in the Chicago Oak Brook office—all members of the Miller-Gomes Hotel Team at Marcus & Millichap.
