Speck, regional manager of the firm’s Dallas office and broker of record for Texas and Oklahoma.
Chris Gomes, senior managing director, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. The buyer, a pension fund advisor, was secured and represented by Gomes with Ryan Sarbinoff, broker of record for New Mexico, aiding in closing this transaction. Allan Miller, senior vice president, in Marcus & Millichap’s Austin office was also listed on the deal as a supporting broker.
Quality Inn Taos is located at 1043 Paseo Del Pueblo Sur in Taos, New Mexico. The 99-room property was built in 1974 and situated on a 4.21-acre lot.
