Allan Miller, senior vice president in the firm’s Austin office, had the exclusive listing to market the property with Chris Gomes, senior managing director in the firm’s Dallas office, on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. The buyer, a private investor, was secured and represented by Christian Apt, associate in the firm’s Dallas office, and Matt Omansky, senior associate in the firm’s Austin office.
Quality Inn & Suites Albuquerque is located at 6100 Iliff Road Northwest in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The 98-room hospitality asset was built in 1996 and spans 1.75 acres near the Interstate 40 and Highway 45 interchange.
