Speck, regional manager of the firm’s Dallas office.
Chris Gomes, senior managing director, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. The buyer, a limited liability company, was secured and represented by Gomes. Allan Miller, senior vice president, Andrew B. Frosch, first vice president, and Joseph Manuel, associate, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Austin and Houston offices, respectively, were also listed on the deal as supporting brokers.
TownePlace Suites Beaumont Port Arthur is located at 2700 Port Plaza Drive in Port Arthur, Texas. The 96-room property was built in 2014 and spans 2.18 acres.
