Weinstock, regional manager and first vice president of the firm’s Chicago Oak Brook office and broker of record for Illinois.
Michael Klar, senior associate, and Ebrahim Valliani, first vice president, in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. The buyer, a limited liability company, was secured and represented by Klar and Valliani, with Jon Ruzicka, broker of record, aiding in closing this transaction. Chris Gomes, senior managing director, and Allan Miller, senior vice president, in Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas and Austin offices, respectively, were also listed on the deal as supporting brokers.
Motel 6 Fargo North is located at 1202 36th Street S in Fargo, North Dakota. The 96-room property spans 2.12 acres.
