Ebrahim Valliani, first vice president, and Michael Klar, senior associate, both investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. The buyer, a private investor, was secured and represented by Valliani and Klar. Chris Gomes, executive managing director, and Allan Miller, senior vice president, in Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas and Austin offices, respectively, were also listed on the deal as supporting brokers.
The Holiday Inn Express & Suites Lake Zurich - Barrington is an 86-room, three-story Hotel stationed at 197 S Rand Road in Lake Zurich, Illinois. Various common area amenities at the Property include an indoor heated pool, breakfast area and fitness center.
