Comfort Suites Medical Center is located at 4417 23rd Ave S in Fargo, ND. “The buyer was a repeat client and part of a seasoned hospitality investment group who closed another transaction with my team only four months prior. This time, they were looking for a hotel to complete a 1031 exchange after selling a hotel in Montana. The buyer had specific needs, including location on the I-90 corridor which I used to target potential properties, even those not currently on the market. After identifying the Comfort Suites Medical Center, our client liked the hotel and made a compelling offer that appealed to the owner, resulting in an off-market sale.
