Speck, regional manager of the firm’s Dallas office and the broker of record for Texas and Oklahoma.
Chris Gomes, senior managing director and investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. The buyer, a private investor, was secured by Gomes. Allan Miller, senior vice president, and Steve Swenholt, senior associate, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Austin office, were also listed on the deal as supporting brokers.
Comfort Suites University Drive is located at 907 University Drive E in College Station, Texas. The 79-room property was built in 2006 and spans two acres.
