Bentley III, vice president and regional manager of the firm’s Austin office.
Allan Miller, senior vice president and an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Austin office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. The buyer, a limited liability company, was secured and represented by Allan Miller. Chris Gomes, senior managing director, in Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas office, was also listed on the deal as a supporting broker.
Holiday Inn Express & Suites Victoria is located at 111 Huvar Street in Victoria, Texas. The 76-room property was constructed in 2008 and situated on a 2.33-acre lot near the intersection of Highway 77 and Loop 463.
