Matt Omansky, Allan Miller, and Chris Gomes, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Austin office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, an individual/personal trust. The buyer, a private investor, was secured and represented by Michael Knall, Gordon Allred, and Joshua S. Tammen, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Inland Empire, Phoenix office.
