Leonard/Saint Robert, a 69-room hospitality property located in Saint Robert, Missouri, according to Ford Noe, regional manager of the firm’s Houston office.
Rajan Patel, an associate in Marcus & Millichap’s Houston office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. Working as a team, Samuel Gardner, an associate in Marcus & Millichap’s St. Louis office, procured the buyer, an out-of-state limited liability company. Executive managing director Chris Gomes and senior vice president Skyler Cooper, both based in Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas and Houston offices, were listed as supporting brokers on the deal, along with Allan Miller, senior managing director from the firm’s Austin and San Antonio offices. David Saverin, regional manager, and the firm’s broker of record in Missouri, assisted in facilitating the closing of this transaction.
The Baymont by Wyndham Ft. Leonard/Saint Robert is located at 139 Carmel Valley Way, Saint Robert, Missouri. The Hotel maintains several common area amenities such as a heated indoor pool, fitness center, business center, on-site guest laundry, meeting room, and ample parking for buses or trucks.
