Speck, regional manager of the firm’s Dallas office and broker of record for Oklahoma and Texas.
Hussain Shaik, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, an individual/personal trust. The buyer, a private investor, was secured and represented by Shaik. Chris Gomes, senior managing director, Skyler Cooper, senior vice president, and Allan Miller, senior vice president, in Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas and Austin offices, respectively, were also listed on the deal as supporting brokers.
Baymont by Wyndham Tulsa is located at 9020 E 71st Street in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The 64-room property was built in 1996 and situated on a 1.4-acre lot near State Highway 64.
