Chris Gomes and Allan Miller, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Austin and Dallas offices, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. The buyer, an in-state limited liability company, was procured by Gomes.
Built in 1998, the Radisson-branded hospitality asset spent 85 days on the market before closing. The Country Inn & Suites is located at 2730 South Cherry Lane in Fort Worth Texas.
