Huberth Marak, an associate in Marcus & Millichap’s Denver office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. Marak also procured the buyer, an out-of-state limited liability company. Executive managing director Chris Gomes and senior vice president Skyler Cooper, both based in Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas and Houston offices, were listed as supporting brokers on the deal, along with Allan Miller, senior managing director from the firm’s Austin and San Antonio offices. David Tabata, regional manager, and the firm’s broker of record in Oregon, assisted in facilitating the closing of this transaction.
