The buyer, a private investor, was secured and represented by Christian Apt, associate, in Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas office. Executive managing director, Chris Gomes, and Skyler Cooper, senior vice president, in the firm’s Dallas office were listed on the deal as supporting brokers alongside Allan Miller, senior managing director, in the firm’s Austin office. Colby Haugness, broker of record in Kansas, assisted in closing this transaction.
SureStay Plus by Best Western Coffeyville is located at 605 Northeast St in Coffeyville, Kansas. The hotel maintains several amenities such as an indoor pool, business center, fitness center, breakfast area, guest laundry facility, and banquet facilities.
