Speck, regional manager of the firm’s Dallas office and broker of record for Texas and Oklahoma.
Senior vice president in Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas office, Skyler Cooper had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. The buyer, also a limited liability company, was secured and represented by Huberth Marak, associate, in the firm’s Denver office. Adam Christofferson, broker of record for Montana, aided in closing this transaction. Chris Gomes, senior managing director, was also listed on the deal as a supporting broker alongside senior vice president Allan Miller.
Quality Inn Helena is located at 2300 N Oakes Street in Helena, Montana. The 48-room property was constructed in 2002, renovated in 2022 and situated just off Interstate 15 on a 2.95-acre lot.
