Skyler Cooper, senior vice president in Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas and Houston offices, had the exclusive listing to represent the seller, a limited liability company. Working as a team, Alexander J. Curry, associate in Marcus & Millichap’s Austin office, procured the buyer, a private investor. Various common area amenities at the Property include an outdoor pool, business center, 24/7 access to a local gym, large outdoor sitting and barbecue area, and 2,000 square feet of meeting and event space.
