Allan Miller, senior vice president and an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Austin office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. The buyer, a limited liability company, was secured and represented by Allan Miller with David Saverin, regional manager and the broker of record for Missouri, aiding in closing this transaction. Chris Gomes, senior managing director, in Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas office, was also listed on the deal as a supporting broker.
Radisson Hotel Branson is located at 120 Wildwood Dr S in Branson, Missouri. The 472-room property was constructed in 1993 and situated on a 6.3-acre lot.
