Christy McDougall, an associate in Marcus & Millichap’s Denver office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a financial institution. Matt Omansky, senior associate in Marcus & Millichap’s Austin office, procured the buyer, an out-of- state private investor. Chris Gomes, executive managing director, and Skyler Cooper, senior vice president, based in the firm’s Dallas office, along with Allan Miller, senior managing director in the firm’s Austin office, were listed as supporting brokers on the deal. Adam Lewis, regional manager, and the firm’s broker of record in Colorado, assisted in facilitating the closing of this transaction. In mid-March, the asset transitioned to the ownership of a financial institution. The Miller-Gomes Hotel Team of Marcus & Millichap swiftly listed the property and efficiently navigated the transaction process, culminating in a successful closing in all-cash and under 75 days.
The property is located at 985 US-24, Limon, Colorado. Built in 1981 on 0.95 acres, the two-story Hotel is currently closed. Upon re-opening, the asset will have common area amenities such as a business center and breakfast dining area.
