Speck, vice president, regional manager of the firm’s Dallas office, and broker of record for Texas and Oklahoma.
Chris Gomes, senior managing director, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. The buyer, another private investor, was secured and represented by Gomes. Senior vice presidents Allan Miller and Skyler Cooper, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Austin and Dallas offices, respectively, were also listed on the deal as supporting brokers.
Hilton Garden Inn Texarkana is located at 2910 S Cowhorn Creek Loop in Texarkana, Texas. The 154-room property was constructed in 2012 and situated on a 3.15-acre lot, just off Interstate 30.
