The property will undergo a full renovation and be converted into a Holiday Inn by IHG in the coming months.
Ebrahim Valliani, senior vice president, and Michael Gantman, associate, both investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook and Chicago Downtown offices, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller and procured the buyer, both private investors.
