Bentley III, regional manager of the firm’s Austin office.
Steve Swenholt, first vice president, in Marcus & Millichap’s Austin office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. The buyer, another limited liability company, was secured and represented by Swenholt. Executive managing director, Chris Gomes, in the firm’s Dallas office was listed on the deal as a supporting broker alongside Allan Miller, senior managing director, in the firm’s Austin office.
La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Amarillo West Medical Center is located at 2108 Coulter Street S in Amarillo, Texas. The three-story property was built in 1986 and spans 2.37 acres. With roughly 71,500 square feet of interior space, the dual-corridor Hotel maintains a wide array of common area amenities including an outdoor swimming pool, guest laundry facility, business center, and breakfast area.
