EL DORADO, AR November 13, 2024 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research, and advisory services, announced today the sale of Rodeway Inn Conference Center El Dorado, a 125-room hospitality property located in El Dorado, Arkansas, according to Mark McCoy, regional manager of the firm’s Dallas office.
Hussain Shaik, senior associate in Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas office, had the exclusive listing to represent the seller, an in-state limited liability company, and procured the buyer, an in-state private investor. Chris Gomes, executive managing director of the Dallas and Houston offices; Skyler Cooper, senior vice president of the Dallas and Houston offices; and Allan Miller, senior managing director in Marcus & Millichap’s Austin and San Antonio offices, were listed as supporting brokers on the deal. Steve Greer, first vice president investments and the firm’s broker of record in Arkansas, assisted in facilitating the closing of this transaction.
The Rodeway Inn Conference Center El Dorado is a 125-room, two-story Hotel located at 1920 Junction City Rd., El Dorado, Arkansas. The Property is highly visible and easily accessible off Route 167. Various common area amenities at the Property include an on-site restaurant, outdoor swimming pool, business center, fitness center, and meeting/banquet space. Current hotel ownership has taken great pride in meticulously maintaining the property by recently completing various capital expenditures to ensure an exceptional guest experience. Examples of the capital expenditures completed on part of the facility include painting, purchasing new furniture, and remodeling the breakfast and front desk areas, among others.
