Speck, regional manager of the firm’s Dallas office and broker of record for Texas and Oklahoma.
Chris Gomes, senior managing director, and Robert S. Hunter, senior vice president, in Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas and Fort Lauderdale offices, respectively, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. The buyer, also a limited liability company, was secured and represented by Gomes and Hunter with Colby Haugness, broker of record for Kansas, aiding in closing this transaction. Allan Miller, senior vice president, and Scott J. Havericak, first vice president, in Marcus & Millichap’s Austin and Fort Lauderdale offices, respectively, were also listed on the deal as supporting brokers.
TownePlace Suites by Marriott Garden City is located at 3510 E Kansas Ave in Garden City, Kansas. The 120-room property was built in 2013 and situated on a 2.86-acre lot near the U.S. Route 83 and U.S. Route 400 interchange.
