Speck, regional manager of the firm’s Dallas office and the broker of record for Texas and Oklahoma.
Hussain Shaik, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. The buyer, also a private investor, was secured by Hussain Shaik as well. Allan Miller, senior vice president, Chris Gomes, senior managing director, and Skyler Cooper, first vice president, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Austin and Dallas offices, respectively, were also listed on the deal as supporting brokers.
Super 8 by Wyndham North Platte is located at 220 West Eugene Avenue in North Platte, Nebraska. The 111-room property was built in 1974 and situated on a 2.21-acre lot.
