Two private investors traded the 82-room Comfort Inn North Dallas Galleria at 7815A LBJ Freeway in Dallas. Chris Gomes and Allan Miller of Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas and Austin offices represented the seller.
Two more private investors swapped the 70-room Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Addison Galleria at 15200 Addison Road. Chris Gomes and Allan Miller of Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas and Austin offices represented the seller. The buyer has since re-branded the hotel to a Mainstay Suites by Choice Hotels.
