Chris Gomes, investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private credit fund, and procured the buyer, Icon Lodging. The transaction received additional support from Spencer Kirsch, managing director with Mission Capital Advisors, and Allan Miller of the Miller-Gomes Hotel Team.
The Baymont by Wyndham is located at 5011 W. Loop 250 N. Originally constructed in 2002 and renovated in 2013, the three-story hotel features an outdoor swimming pool, fitness room, lobby workstation, market pantry, guest laundry room and approximately 1,050 square feet of meeting and event space. The property previously operated as a Hampton Inn.
