Huberth Marak, an associate in Marcus & Millichap’s Denver office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. Marak also secured the buyer for this transaction—a private investor and repeat client—who completed the transaction as part of a 1031 exchange. Executive managing director Chris Gomes and senior vice president Skyler Cooper, both based in Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas and Houston offices, were listed as supporting brokers on the deal, along with Allan Miller, senior managing director from the firm’s Austin and San Antonio offices.
