Speck, regional manager of the firm’s Dallas office and broker of record for Texas and Oklahoma.
Skyler Cooper, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. The buyer, a private investor in a 1031 exchange, was secured and represented by Cooper. Chris Gomes, senior managing director, was also listed on the deal as a supporting broker alongside senior vice president Allan Miller.
Red Lion Inn & Suites Mineral Wells is located at 6801 US-180 in Mineral Wells, Texas. The 67-room property was constructed in 2008 and situated on a 1.55-acre lot, just off Highway 180.
