Speck, regional manager of the firm’s Dallas office and broker of record for Texas and Oklahoma.
Skyler Cooper, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. Chris Gomes, senior managing director in Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas office, was also listed on the deal as a supporting broker alongside senior vice president, Allan Miller, and senior associate, Matt Omansky, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Austin office.
San Angelo 2-Pack Portfolio, comprised of the El Patio Inn and San Angelo Lodge, is located at 1901 W Beauregard Ave and 1717 W Beauregard Ave, respectively, in San Angelo, Texas. The 186-room portfolio was constructed in 1980 and situated on a 2.77-acre lot near Highway 67.
