Chris Gomes, senior managing director, and Ebrahim Valliani, first vice president, in Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas and Chicago Oak Brooks office, respectively, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. Gomes and Valliani represented the buyer and assisted in closing this transaction. Allan Miller, senior vice president, in Marcus & Millichap’s Austin office was also listed on the deal as a supporting broker.

TownePlace Suites by Marriott - Naperville is a 63-room hotel built in 1997 and located at 1843 W Diehl Road in Naperville, Illinois. The two properties combine for 3.32 acres and 124 rooms.
