Weinstock, regional manager and first vice president of the firm’s Chicago Oak Brook office and broker of record for Illinois.
Michael Klar, senior associate, and Ebrahim Valliani, first vice president, in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. The buyer, a private investor, was secured and represented by Klar and Valliani, with Josh Caruana, regional manager of the firm’s Indianapolis office and broker of record for Indiana, aiding in closing this transaction. Chris Gomes, senior managing director, and Allan Miller, senior vice president, in Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas and Austin offices, respectively, were also listed on the deal as supporting brokers.
Holiday Inn Express and Suites Valparaiso is located at 1251 Silhavy Road in Valparaiso, Indiana. The 85-room property was built in 2007 and spans 3.19 acres.
