Speck, regional manager of the firm’s Dallas office and the broker of record for Texas and Oklahoma.
Skyler Cooper, senior vice president investments, in Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. The buyer, a private investor, was secured and represented by Cooper. Allan Miller, senior vice president, Chris Gomes, senior managing director, and Ebrahim Valliani, first vice president, in Marcus & Millichap’s Austin, Dallas, and Chicago Oak Brook offices, respectively, were also listed on the deal as supporting brokers.
Residence Inn by Marriott Indianapolis Fishers is located at 9765 Crosspoint Blvd in Indianapolis, Indiana. The 78-room property was built in 1996 and spans 2.25 acres.
