MAUSTON, WI, November 8, 2022 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of Best Western Park Oasis Inn Mauston, a 53-room hospitality property located in Mauston, Wisconsin, according to Steven D. Weinstock, regional manager and first vice president of the firm’s Chicago Oak Brook office.
Ebrahim Valliani, first vice president and an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. The buyer, also a limited liability company, was secured in a 1031 exchange and represented by Valliani, with Todd Lindblom, Wisconsin regional manager and broker of record, assisted in closing this transaction. Allan Miller, senior vice president, and Chris Gomes, senior managing director, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Austin and Dallas offices, respectively, were also listed on the deal as supporting brokers.

Best Western Park Oasis Inn Mauston is located at 1006 WI-82 in Mauston, Wisconsin at the intersection of Interstate 94 and State Highway 82. The 53-room property was built in 1994 and spans 4.47 acres.
