Speck, regional manager of the firm’s Dallas office and the broker of record for Texas and Oklahoma.
Skyler Cooper, first vice president, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. The buyer, also a limited liability company, was secured and represented Cooper. Allan Miller, senior vice president, and Chris Gomes, senior managing director, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Austin and Dallas offices, respectively, were also listed on the deal as supporting brokers.
Baymont by Wyndham Columbus is located at 2535 State Highway 71 in Columbus, Texas. The 55-room property was built in 2009 and spans 1.31 acres.
