Speck, regional manager of the firm’s Dallas office and the broker of record for Texas and Oklahoma.
Skyler Cooper, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. The buyer, a limited liability company, was secured by Skyler Cooper. Allan Miller, senior vice president, and Chris Gomes, senior managing director, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Austin and Dallas offices, respectively, were also listed on the deal as supporting brokers.
Candlewood Suites Northwest SeaWorld is located at 9502 Amelia Pass in San Antonio, TX. The 81-room property was built in 2010 and spans 1.62 acres.
