Guest rooms offer a flat-screen television, a microwave, a refrigerator, and a pillow menu. The Shreveport Regional Airport is located 0.8 miles from the Property and seven miles southwest of the central business district. The public-use airport served 683,498 passengers in 2019 with flights to Dallas, Los Angeles, Atlanta, Houston, Orlando, Destin, Charlotte, and Las Vegas. The Shreveport Regional Airport, classified as a “Small Hub” airport, covers approximately 1,625 acres of land hosting flights via American Airlines, Delta, United, and Allegiant.
The Barksdale Air Force Base (Barksdale AFB) occupies more than 22,000 acres east of Bossier City on the southern edge of Interstate 20. Barksdale AFB houses over 6,500 active duty and reservists, 4,880 family members, and employs nearly 2,500 civilian employees while serving approximately 40,000 retirees and their families in the area.
