
Grant is a trusted advisor to hotel owners, specializing in strategies that maximize asset value, streamline operations, and drive successful transactions. Based in Marcus & Millichap’s Salt Lake City office, he represents buyers and sellers of hospitality assets throughout Utah and is a member of the firm’s National Hospitality Group.
By combining a relentless work ethic with advanced capabilities in business process design and financial underwriting, Grant delivers a distinct competitive advantage to his clients. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, he served as a Financial Analyst where he executed more than 210 valuations totaling over $1.24 billion in value. His ability to scale operations contributed to the firm becoming the fastest-growing valuation firm in Utah. He also gained significant institutional experience at Larry H. Miller Real Estate, underwriting $470 million in multifamily and master-planned community assets.
Grant is a graduate of the Brigham Young University Marriott School of Business, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate. While at BYU, he was a distinguished Academic Scholar and captained the university’s lacrosse team to the 2024 National Championship, leading the program to its first-ever undefeated season (19–0). Grant also served a two-year mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Mexico and Washington. Outside of his professional career, Grant enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters.
