Brian Cruz

Brian Cruz recently joined the Miller-Gomes Hotel Team at Marcus & Millichap as a Transaction Coordinator. He got his start in Commercial Real Estate in 2019 working for a top CRE Lender/Servicer, specializing in Healthcare & Multifamily properties and facilities. During his time there, he started as an Analyst for the FHA Asset Management team and worked his way up to Associate position as an Asset Manager. He monitored an active portfolio of over 130 LEAN, MAP, Correspondent & Hospital facilities, with a UPB over $1 billion, and an average risk rating of 3.71x. His group was awarded the #1 Servicing firm for FHA Multifamily properties and Healthcare facilities multiple years in a row.

Before his career in Real Estate, Brian worked in Media & Marketing back in his hometown of Amarillo, TX. He began his career as a Program Director and Brand Manager while he was attending West Texas A&M University. In his free time, he likes to spend time with his kids, attend sporting & live music events, and try new restaurants.
