The Comfort Inn & Suites is a three-story hotel built in 2002 as a Hawthorne Inn & Suites which was later converted to a Holiday Inn Express. The hotel is currently undergoing significant renovations as it completes the Choice mandated “Truly Yours” design PIP. Renovations are anticipated to be completed by late November 2017. A new owner can expect Zero PIP at the time of transfer from Choice Hotels.
